Common questions
Does it really work without sucking?
Yes — that's the whole point. Most "hands-free" bottles still need the user to suck through a straw. Drink E-Z has a pump in the base. Press the button and liquid is pushed up the straw to their mouth. If they can press a button (or you can press it for them), they can drink.
Is it hygienic? How do we clean it?
Every part that touches the drink is dishwasher-safe — bottle, lid, both straws. The base (which holds the pump and batteries) isn't dishwasher-safe, so you cycle it for 30 seconds in hot soapy water, then rinse. A straw brush is included. Takes about a minute a day.
What if it doesn't work for my loved one?
Every situation is different. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping). For hygiene reasons, opened bottles can only be returned if defective — and every bottle has a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Questions before you buy?
