Refund policy

Warranty: Every Drink E-Z bottle comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, breakage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Defect claims: To make a warranty claim, email info@drinke-z.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Returns: Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
